Registration (Non-author participants or non-registered presenters for invited sessions)
Non-Author participants or non-registered presenters for invited sessions in ICCSE2016 should be registered in the following procedure. Participants should send the following mail to the address (iccse2016@googlegroups.com). In the mail, the name and affiliation should be included.
The registration charge should be paid on the conference reception desk of the ICCSE2016 conference venue (Noyori Conference Center) from August 23th to 25.
Payment by credit cards is available.
The precise registration process for presenters of invited sessions should ask the executive committee members (iccse2016@googlegroups.com). Japanese is available for the question.
Fees Notes : The registration fee covers: Name badge, Admission to all sessions, Admission to the exhibition, Conference kit, one welcome reception ticket, and one banquet ticket. But, the conference registration fee does not include meals, accommodation, and post-conference travel.
